SHIPPING

All wine is shipped via UPS using optimal shipping conditions.

If a customer wishes to hold or delay shipment due to personal plans (out-of-town, etc.) or adverse weather conditions, we are happy to hold shipments for up to 3 months (sometimes longer depending on the size and destination of the shipment). Please contact us for any hold requests.

A person 21 years of age or older must be present to receive all shipments of wine, and an ID may be required at time of delivery for that purpose. It is generally much easier to receive your shipment at your place of work. However, if you must use your home address please just be aware of your shipment (tracking will always be available), and be prepared to be present at your home for delivery.

Due to laws governing direct shipping within the United States, we can only ship wines to those states where direct shipment is allowed. This list changes often, so feel free to contact us to inquire if we can ship to your state. Drink Different retains the right to refuse shipment for any reason should we choose to. Legally, all wine is sold, and the title transferred to the customer, in California.

Please recycle your shipping materials! The boxes and inserts we use are manufactured locally in Sonoma County by Coastal Products. The inserts are compostable. Under certain circumstances, we will be happy to reuse shipping materials. Please inquire as to whether you can return these materials for reuse. We appreciate it!

PAYMENT

All transactions will be charged through Square merchant services on point of sale.​

RETURN POLICY

We make every effort to ensure that the wines we sell are properly stored and handled before, during, and after each sale. We cannot, however, guarantee there will be no damage or alteration to the wine during shipment, nor once the wine reaches its destination.

If you believe a shipment has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately, and we will work to address the issue through reshipment or refund.

If you are dissatisfied with an order for any reason please contact us and we will assist you any way we can.
